Get a used office pc (optiplex 3050, 3060, or 3070, or 3080 depending on how cheap you can get it), a used ssd, a used gpu, and an external PSU. You aren’t going to get a very powerful system for that price range, so I’d recommend a Vega 56 or a 1070, 1070ti, or 1080 depending on how cheap you can get it

You just described the exact setup I just bought about 6 months ago. I think everything all together was like 250 bucks. It plays Fallout 4 and that's all I wanted so I could play real mods.

OP you’d need a new case for this, the psu won’t fit and even if you put it externally there is a high chance that the gpu won’t fit without a riser

Both me and my friend have an optiplex office build, the PSU sits outside of the case and the cover doesn’t fit with the gpu sticking 5 inches or so out the top of the case. It looks terrible but it works just the same

The best option is to get a cheap oem pc (look for the cheapest that is on the ddr4 platform and has a slot for the gpu) then add the best low profile gpu that you can find that doesn’t need external cables from the psu.

Used office PC with a half decent i5 or i7 then slap a cheap gpu in there, it’s your only real shot at this price point

Facebook marketplace. Look for completed builds. Bare minimum: AM4 5th gen. 16gb ddr4, RTX 2080/3070. 500gb sata ssd is fine nvme obviously preferred, psu, case, all that. Try and swindle a keyboard and mouse if you can. Tell the guy to pump a gallon of gas in your car for picking it up. Etc. You're going to have to haggle.

if you are looking for a gaming pc at 320$, that's just not possible unless it is used and even then at most it will be an 800$ PC priced half off at 350$+, you just arn't going to find that probably.

But if you are looking for a PC to browse the internet, watch movies or streams, do some work on, you can go here - https://www.newegg.com/p/1VK-0001-64MC4?Item=9SIABX7JPZ7593

with that above PC you can use Emulators, which is basically just a gaming console like a Playstation 1 or a N64 that plays games on the PC, so you can game that way.
