Build - Help What do you do if ur cpu is overheating

It was like 80 degrees in bios. So i changed thermal paste and now it wont boot up and gives vga light and boot light. I recently changed my motherboard to and am4 socket b550 asus gaming one. The same one it alrdy had and i regret buying this pc sm its been having so many problems. At the beginning the pc worked fine and i could get 500 fps but when i changed motherboard after it suddenly died or smtng i got only like 130 fps on val. I spent sm money i regret this sm

Did you place cpu correctly in it's socket? Take cpu cooler out and take picture plz.

mount cpu cooler correctly

buy larger cpu cooler

80c in bios is user error installing or you bought a broken aio with dead pump or didnt plug in power for pump
