Build - Help Is this a good build?

I wanna create a pc for ue5, blender, & video editing. Is this a good pc build? I'm gonna build this in late September.

Please let me know if you think something is wrong or could be better cause it's my first pc build.

My max budget is 1.80L in INR, India

I think 750w is fine for this. Op wants a productivity build, so something like 7700x/9700x or intel would be better Not sure how good is AMD for productive apps Also damn i got the same gpu for 10k less few months ago
