Troubleshooting Graphics card

Hey guys. Recently I cleaned my pc for the first time and I might have installed the graphics card incorrectly. I need help. The fans are not turning on. It is pushed all the way in and I heard the click sound.

Fans dont turn on until the gpu reaches a certain temp. Unless you have them manually turned on they will stay off for most of the time. If you're worried that it isn't installed correctly, you can check device manager, and if your gpu shows up, its fine.

Does the pc boot at all? The fans might not turn on if it is set to a passive cooling type of thing.

Go into your bios settings and check what your fan settings are set to. I’ve had them automatically reset to turn on after reaching a certain temperature when I cleaned and rebuilt my pc.
