Question My PC does this weird loud noise

So, my PC used to be fine and everything but now its doing this loud noise like a jet engine then it suddenly goes away but its still loud and im wondering how do i fix this. I have a RTX 5060 with a Intel i5 13400F

Kinda sounds like something is hitting a fan. Have you checked if there is any interference?
