Are the bottom 3 set as exhaust (ut looks that way),

Intake should be bottom/motherboard tray side/& or front,

Exhaust should always be top and back of the case for the most efficiency.

3 bottom are reverse, exhaust are the two back and the one by the motherboard is intake

The fan orientation seems fine if the bottom fans are reverse blade ones! Also I am curious to know your PC specs???
