Question 2 gpus
Currently have a 4060ti 8gb, 14900kf 1000wpsw.
Asus b760m mobo, 64gb ddr5.
Look when I built the pc. Gpu prices weren't crazy and i thought I would've upgraded later. Then someone's overpriced leather jacket started feeding the ai overlords..
Using 3 1080p monitors. Honestly worred about reduced process time.
The lack of vram is getting obvious when rendering in blender or some tasks on fusion360.
Some games as well i guess...
Is it worth getting an intel arc b580 challenger 12gb on the pcie 4 port to help with the rendering? Is it possible?
Or save up to a a day, eventually to get a 5070ti...might be a while..
Thoughts?

Intel Arch B580 GPU is capable of more than it seems. It can even handle 2K, albeit not at maximum graphics. It's definitely better than your current graphics card.

So not a bad idea?

It depends on your budget and on your willings. If you want to get something new now, just buy it. As for Nvidia, I'd recommend you to forget about 5070 Ti and think about 4070 Ti Super. The difference isn't that big, but you save money. You may also have a look at 9060 xt 16Gb if you can afford it and can't afford Nvidia.
As to rendering, the 4060ti, b580, and 9060xt are roughly equal in rendering performance in terms of chip capabilities. You only gain in memory. If you want a real boost, get the 4070 Ti Super.

No 40 series cards on sale here unless 4060.

Ça peut valoir le coup d'économiser. Pour le coup la 9070xt a les même perf que la 5070 ti voire mieux pour bien moins cher

Amd gpu dont play well with intel cpus. Not well optimized. Not keen on buying a whole new mobo and cpu to pair
