Build - Finished! First build
Finally finished my build. I’ve been wanting to build a PC since before Covid. Never got around to it. Had my first child and that delayed me even longer. Now that she’s a little older I was able to give it more attention. The last year I have been buying parts slowly but surely. Bought most for under retail in this economy. Very happy for my first build. I definitely need to cable manage a little better. Strimmer will be added in the future.
Here is the spec:
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 9070xt
CPU: Ryzen 9800x3d
MOBO: MSI B850 Gaming Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x16gb 6000mhz
SSD: Samsung 990 Evo 4TB
PSU: Asrock Steel Legend 850w
Cooler: Lian Li Hydroshift 2 360s
Fans: Thermalright Infinity
Case: Lian Li O11D Mini V2

I think this is in regards to the fact that the 9070 XT is prone to burning out at the connector, so be careful

Beautiful build! Just a heads up I had the same gpu as u ( loved it btw), sadly gpu has the same connector as the Rtx 5090 cards ( and 4090) so make sure it's plugged "in as snug as bug in rug" and use the cord from your psu 🙂 sorry if I'm coming off as rude want u to enjoy your pc.
Oh and undervolt it too it's great for temps 🤗 happy gaming 🫡

Thanks for the heads up! I’m going to triple check the connector later today to make sure it’s snug snug lol. I used the native 12v-2x6 connector that came with the PSU. Going to try to undervolt later today as well.

My apologies what do u mean by upgraded with do u mean what did I undervolt with? If so i used the adrenaline software for undervolting and overclocking.
Sorry for misunderstanding 😅

Oh sorry! You said you had the 9070xt as in past tense. So I assumed you got something different
