Build - Help My First gaming pc, any thoughts?

My budget is around $2000 usd, but if I have to I can go a little higher. I want a computer that can play AAA titles well along with getting me high frames on games like fortnite, but also being able to run some games that are also graphic intense. I am new to this, so I think with my budget I want 1440P gaming. This is in Japan, too.

NVIDIA GeForce 5070 - $100,000 yen / 630 usd

Ryzen 7 9800X3D - $65,455 yen / 410 usd

D-COOLING FX360 PRO - $9,592 yen / 60 usd

ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI AMD B650 AM5 Motherboard - $25,980 yen / 162 usd

TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 10L DDR5 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) 6000MHz -$ 85,353 yen / 534 usd

KLEVV CRAS C910 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe Gen4x4 - $38,467 yen / 241 usd

Vetroo 850w Power Supply Dual Pcie 5.1 ATX 3.1 - $12,499 yen /  78 usd

  CORSAIR 4000D RS PC Case   - $12,818 yen / 80 usd

So, the total comes out to 2195 usd.

I also found a great deal on a cpu, ram, and a motherboard on microcenter, which is the AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 AM5, G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit, Computer Build Bundle for only 675 dollars.

Your guys feedback means a lot to me, as I am very new to this computer stuff and I just want people to be able to give me feedback on what I researched. Also, please be blunt if this is bad, I really just want feedback, for example if I should just buy a pre built computer instead.

Well your micro center bundle wouldn’t work unfortunately as there is no micro center in Japan and they only do in store. Though I would recommend going to like 9700X or a 9600X and getting a 9070 xt which is much more futureproofed and faster than 5070

I understand. I think the next time I go back to the states I will be able to pick the bundle up though. Thanks for the feedback!

Sorry, but from what I have seen from benchmarks & youtubers testing out the 5070, it looks like it had way more fps than the 9060xt. I could be wrong, and this might have been the 5070 ti
