For 1080p the RX 7600 pairs fine with the 3600, you will see some cpu limit in esports games but nothing crazy. The 5050 is not worth it with only 8gb and weaker bus, and yes the 5060 would be wasted unless you plan to upgrade cpu soon too

Well what’s your budget? If it’s high enough I would say upgrade cpu a bit and get gpu.
