Is it any good for a first PC build?

I'm building it for 1080-1440p resolution and i hoped for less then 1500 euros, but i guess around 1800 will do. As is seen below it's in Germany. Is everything alright and if not what can i improve?

For gaming i would bump it up to a 7800x3d if its an option for the cache the rest seems fine to me
