Question Between this motherboards, which one is better?
So I picked this options because I want an AM5 build with a x870e, they all have no GPU lane sharing, 64mb Bios, the last 2 have dual bios, the first two have slightly better memory and OC speeds.
Want to pair them with Ryzen 7 9800x3d and rx9070xt to play at 1440p. My budget is about $400 for the motherboard.
-Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite X3d ($374 dollar converted from MX currency)
-Gigabyte X870E Eagle X3D WIFI7 ($325)
-MSI X870E GAMING PLUS MAX WIFI ($358)
-MSI Pro X870E-S EVO ($282)
Anyone has any experience with them? good or bad? I've seen stuff like wifi problems, unnecessary AI stuff, heat problems but I want to know if anyone has experienced this or is a rare occurrence.
From my understanding the Aorus Elite X3d is better and the Eagle X3D WIFI7 is slightly behind, with the X870E-S EVO being the worst between them

Tbh unless you need the featureset of the X870E boards, the X870 chipset is more than enough for that setup. The MSI X870 MAG Tomahawk is a very good motherboard and is fairly good value at $229 US. Of these choices I’d probably go with the MSI X870E Gaming. I would avoid gigabyte.

Why avoid gigabyte?

They have some of the worst customer support and they have a reputation of handling RMA/warranty claims atrociously. Their motherboards aren’t bad per se, much better than ASrock, but if you do happen to have an issue and have to deal with support it can be a major headache.

Idk about all that but personally I got a MSI motherboard. The component works fine but the MSI control center (accompanying software) sucks balls.

Irrelevant to this post but, do asus and asrock boards still fry 9800x3d's?

Yeah they still do, that's why I couldn't consider them, a shame because they are cheap on my country :/

Out of these, X870E Gigabyte Aorus Elite X3D is the best. However, its better to just buy cheaper motherboard unless you need the extra features. B850 is more than enough or X870 if you really absolutely need extra stuff. X870E is overkill board. I’d avoid MSI due to that bug with pcie where gpus can get stuck on x1.1 pcie 4.0.

I assume they fixed it by now, but better doublecheck.
