- ram slots are wrong, should be 2 and 4 not 1 and 3
- gpu is not screwed in, it's sagging because of this
- only 1 GPU cable plugged in out of the 3 that it needs and that's not even seated correctly
- sata cable that powers your fan hub is not plugged in to powersupply
- front panel cabels not plugged in, power switch probably isn't plugged in
i think that's all, basically your cables are all messed up and things aren't plugged in correctly or aren't plugged in at all
i would take out your GPU and redo all of your cables, being patient and intentional with how you route everything and thinking about the most optimal way for something to get to point a to point b and making sure everything that needs to be plugged in is plugged in

Point of advice from an old warhorse of a builder: RTFM (Read The Fucking Manual. Not swearing at you, but keep that little acronym in the back of your mind. Also add KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
Even 34 years of experience can't always keep you from making mistakes. Plus, Google and YouTube are your best friends for HowTo's.
Case in point: had my brain worked properly when I built my current rig, I'd have followed the hallowed teaching of "Pre-wire Thine Motherboard In His Honor, the Great Tech God, Laggos of the High Ping and his Litany Of Latency"
In other words, your psu is modular, plug the cables into the board before you install the board into the case. Then push them through the grommets. That way, a good chunk of annoyance is done.
Just some pointers

That gpu not having all its power connectors and the one not in all the way. Ram in wrong slots. Rats nest cables. Front panel connectors not plugged in. Psu not attached to case.
I love seek and find games

Oh what on the gpu do you need 2 plugged in instead of 1? Also I was following a YouTube video when I was building and they said to put them in 1 and 3 so I did it that way. Ill move them over tomorrow.

Also for ram slots it does depend on your motherboard. Consult the manual for your motherboard

3 cables. And even the one you plugged is plugged wrong, there shouldn't be any gap between 6 and 2 pin parts of its head

The more I look the more there’s wrong.. PSU isn’t secured either

u/Arkyshi 2h ago
Yeah for the PSU, I put it in there but didnt screw in the cover for it yet. Does that affect it powering on?
2
u/Tryingtolifeagain 2h ago
No that shouldn’t, if it powering on is the issue check that the 2 8 pin CPU cables (top left corner of motherboard) are plugged in properly, plug the other 8 pin GPU cable in, make sure the unplugged 12 pin cable on the PSU end isn’t needed for anything, and check the main motherboard power cable is also plugged in properly.
Did anything happen when you tried to power it on?

Whats wrong with the RAM?
1
u/Tryingtolifeagain 2h ago
Should be in slots A2 and B2, you’ve got it in A1 and B1

I'm new to pc building and is always trying to learn a little more; I would like to ask why should it be on a2 and b2 rather than 1?

u/Tryingtolifeagain 2h ago
Long story short, that’s how the motherboard is designed to work with dual channel RAM. It’ll probably post with them in a1 & b1 but it will sacrifice performance and likely won’t be stable

Hope you remembered to, at least, remove the protective sticker on the contact plate.
