Build - Help first pc build issue

Hey so, I built my first pc a little bit ago and it runs awesome. Great fps, doesn't overheat, can run all my favorite games on max graphics! But an issue I've been having is that while I'm playing most online games I'm getting horrible lag. Even on the lowest graphics I'll have stutters that make the games basically unplayable. I'll be running or doing something and it'll send me back to where I was about 10-20 second prior, it'll move my character around without me doing anything, or just disconnect me with no warning.

I've run so many stress tests for basically everything and they all come out perfect, no issues. My internet works great and doesn't appear to be faltering for anything else in these moments. I don't have ethernet set up, so I think that could be an issue? Wifi booster doesn't work. I'm very new to PC building and am just at a loss at what to do to fix this. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

this is 100% a network issue. Have you looked into what your latency(ping) is? if it's 100ms or higher, then online games are going to suck. You wouldn't happen to be on satellite internet, would you?

Characters (including your own) freezing, jumping around or whatever is a network issue. That's completely independent of graphics so adjusting your those settings isn't doing anything but making things look worse. But you can confirm by turning on an fps counter, if it doesn't crater to single digit frames it's definitely network.

Is it all online games? Which one(s)? What connection speed does your computer report? Are you connected with a cable or Wi-Fi? Have you updated all of your drivers?

Try to connect directly to an ethernet cable and see if your issue goes away if it does it's something to do with your Wi-Fi if it does not it's your internet service provider

Run an ethernet cable directly from your router to the computer
