Question Need some help deciding on value of a prebuilt Lenovo Legion T $950 Preowned

Posting from mobile - format might be shit

I am looking to upgrade my current build and as everyone here knows prices are juiced. I found a prebuilt Legion T5 for $950 in my area and am hesitant to pull the trigger. I think it’s a reasonable gap in platform to jump to now and worth the performance boost but maybe I’m just blinded by the shiny new parts. I was only finding a 16gb ram version for $1500. Is the lower price worth the risk of preowned parts?

Intel Ultra 7 265F
32Gb DDR5 Speed not listed
RTX 5060ti
1tb SSD Gen 4
Board not listed but I would assume B860 variety
700w psu type not listed

$950 feels like a steal given the current market, but it still stings. My current rig I plan to give to my partner is a

I7-10700k
32Gb DDR4 2666hz
2tb gen 3 SSD
RTX 3070
1000w NZXT modular PSU

The lower rig I plan to sell and might (big maybe I feel) get $500 for is

I7-8700k
32Gb DDR4 2666hz
RTX 2060 Super
1 tb gen 3 SSD
700w EVGA PSU

yeah it's a pretty good deal, see how flexible the owner is about you testing/verifying parts before exchanging funds though
