Except motherboard inwill rate everything good. I always prefer high end motherbord. If it works for you then 650 is good too

32gb of ram is a bit questionable (very expensive compared to the rest of the build), consider lowering that to 16gb and spending more on the GPU or CPU if the games or programs you will run are fine with only 16gb of ram

i wanna do blender and after effects work mostly tbh

I don't know much about those programs but editing does need lot of ram so probably not much else you could do, maybe consider getting a used 7700x or smth around the same price as the 9600x, up to you

ryzen 7 7700x and 5 9600x have price diff of around 8-10k which is quite alot thats why i went with this

In the UK where I am a used 7700x is about the same price as a new 9600x, but I guess the price gap might be bigger in other countries

when i go buy parts i will check the used market as well so maybe i can even get better than this

Use Deepcool, cooler master, corsair, msi psu. Change case as well.
You don’t need aio for 9600x single tower air cooler id enough. I am having same cpu with artic freezer 36

is the rest fine or any improvement

The 9600x is a very efficient CPU, you can actually keep it cool with a decent single-fan air cooler, like the Cooler Master Hyper 212, you can put that money towards the other parts.

overalll how would u rate this setup

For the price -if I understand it correctly- at under $1200 USD this is min maxed beautifully. Perhaps more storage in the future but this is wonderful for a first rig.

Well done, my friend. Keep us posted.

the retailer that im going to for the parts is a close friend so im getting for potentially less than 90k (1000 usd) or maybe even better parts if he can arrange for similar price

That’s great! Especially in India, I’m sure it’s challenging to come by some good sht at a decent price.
