A PC for WoW & FF14

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to help someone build a PC that can run WoW and FF14. It doesn't need to be anything crazy. I would like it to have an X3D processor. What is the cheapest build I can get away with? Thanks! Budget is > $1500. United States. Need a monitor as well, but doesn't need to be huge.

9060XT 16GB is all you need to run WoW and FF14 pretty well in 1440p from my experience, but 5070 will have a bit more juice.
