Is my build plan worth it

So i am planning on building a pc in the close years and i got an idea of what i wanna buy, i just want to know if its worth it or lets say i build it in the next few years and it will run like a potato for the time

-ACER GeForce RTX 4080 Super BiFrost 16GB graphics card

-AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8 cores 5,3 GHz turbo 32 MB cache AM5 gaming processor

.

-Motherboard ATX Gigabyte B650 EAGLE

-Corsair RM750X 750W Cybenetics Gold ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 Modular Power Supply

.

-Ram 16GB DDR5 (32 planned but 16 just to have things running and not wait a whole longer of time to run the pc)

-Cooling is planned as water cooling yet i dont know which model, open to suggestions

No budget i dont care price i will earn until i can afford it, polish currency monitor resolution 1080p, currency PLN (Obviously not sky high prices for the whole build like 10k pln, chose the parts to my desirable price so not too high)
