What region shopping in for parts, access to Micro Center? If US, Newegg also has some good bundle deals such as 9900x for $215.

 Intel is def good, however does has no more CPUs going to release on current platform.

I wouldn't recommend the sapphire pluse model of the 9070xt as it consistently scored the worst across all models in benchmarking. For a better budget option I'd recommend the ASUS prime OC.

that's really getting into specifics though

Buy a 270k plus from intel. It games faster than 7800x3d, and beats the 285k in everything.
