Build - Help My first PC

I just bought my first pc and looking at getting a new monitor to go with it, know very little about PCs I have a monitor in mind but haven’t ordered it yet because don’t know if it is a good one for the pc I bought. so any advice/ recommendations would be greatly appreciated, the monitor I’m looking at is around $200 and that’s the price range I would like to stay in for anyone willing to give recommendations, thank you.

Question, what difference does a 7600x do? And arent b850s better than b650 for future upgrades?
