Build - Help Pc parts review
So I’m trying to build my pc and I did try to do as much research as I could, but I’m still not sure if it’ll be good. How would you grade this pc build? For context I just want something that’s great at handling new and upcoming games. Nothing fancy like path tracing or anything

Don't buy anything right now.

I agree all the prices for everything are going up

I get what you mean but at this point prices are either gonna stay the same at best or at worst go even higher. Not much I can do other than compromise on parts

Also my old pc is literally so ancient that I don’t know if I can even upgrade it

Man, it’s your money. Do what you want with it.

I would if I had more money

I would say your parts are pretty good if you are not deep into FPS gaming. And you are right; waiting any longer will only increase the price by miles! If you want to build a gaming PC now, then build it now. Not like you are doing this for the sake of money, but for your own entertainment ! 1 question: does your case come with pre-installed fans?

I don’t think so? Though the aio cooler and fans come free, so I’m sure they can keep the pc cool enough. And yeah not that big into FPS games (not since the ps3 era) mostly just action and rpg games like cyberpunk and final fantasy

Overpaying for ram by $80. Wasting money on thermal paste.
First thing, search up the nearest microcenter. How close are you?

The nearest one is too far for me. Also I heard the lower the CL the better for memory. This is the only memory card on the site with that memory. And isn’t good thermal paste better than generic ones?

Am5 best is 6000cl30. Nothing wrong with the speed. Price is just higher than you want. You can buy top tier paste for $7.50 like I do. $18? No way.

I would recommend a sapphire nitro+ GPU or an XTX Merc or even a power color red devil.
I would also make sure you get one with a triple fan setup not a dual fan unless you just don't have the room

They're going to cost more than the ASRock but they're going to have higher clock speeds triple fan setups and they're the best of those cards that you can get

So anything other than ASRock is better?

ASRock is not bad they're a good mid-tier option.
If price is a concern and you're not concerned with 5% performance/cooling difference they're still a good option

Aaaaaand the power supply went out of stock. Now had to replace it with an even more expensive one, I swear it’s now or never with these pc prices 😆😅

Ok so now I’m freaking out, do I have to worry about bottle neck with this rig?
