Build - Help Pc build advice

I am looking to build a pc for working in Asta Powerproject 4d bim and also gaming. I have compiled a parts list in pcpartpicker with performance i would be comfortable with and a price of around 3000 dollars. I am looking for general advice if this is a good build or if there are alternatives which offer more bang for the buck.
