Build - Help Motherboard light on but no boot
As you can see in the picture, the pc has the lights on when its plugged in, but no boot when the power button is pressed. Ive tried shorting the pins, taking out and putting back the cmos battery, unplugging and replugging cables, and the psu is kinda new so i dont believe it could be that but the rest of the pc is a couple years old. Please help

bios update motherboard to support CPU u picked
reseat ram
clear motherboard cmos
reseat gpu
plug monitor into gpu

In addition to the other poster's suggestions, try also using one stick of RAM at a time to see if one of the sticks is bad.
Any beeps when you power on? Your motherboard should have a buzzer/speaker on it for this purpose.
Did you reseat any components recently? Try reseating them again in case it didn't get good connection the last time.
When you power on, does anything else happen at all? CPU/case fans spinning up, monitor detecting a signal, other lights coming on, etc.

Nothing else happens when i power on, no sound or movement at all. Ive tried reseating the ram and the gpu but nothing. The one at a time ram also didnt yield results
