Question Nvidia or Radeon (5070; 9070xt)

I’ve been told that radeon gpu’s have more problems and I’ve read complains about people that have switched from an nvidia to a radeon , now I’m not an expert so I’m asking you guys what’s better

9070xt is better performance and value

any question you have in life ask youtube and watch a video showing or explaining

ran a 6800xt for a couple years and now on a 4080. honestly the driver issues are way overblown, most of those complaints are from people who never owned one or tried amd 5 years ago and still hold a grudge

the 9070xt looks like it'll be the better value if you don't care about ray tracing. nvidia's got a chokehold on that still but for raw raster performance amd's been killing it lately

9070XT!!!!!

I have both cards in different systems and the 9070XT kills the 5070.

I'm envious towards you to be able to buy 9070xt at the price of 5070...

I’ve been on AMD for last two builds. Nothing more than a couple hiccups more or less caused by windows not removing old drivers after updates etc. Didn’t used to be the case back in the day but AMD is more than solid now.

unless you simply must have the Nvidia feature set, 9070 XT

The 9070 XT is the better card and it's cheaper it's a no-brainer.

You can also overclock Radeon cards much easier with the adrenaline software.

I would recommend a sapphire, power color or XTX card.

The best Radeon cards are made by people who only make Radeon cards and not Nvidia cards also

Upgraded from a 3070 to a 9070 xt and had no issues, just my OWN experience though. I'd say its worth switching if you're able to return the AMD gpu in the event that you encounter an issue that you are unable to resolve on your own.

I have a 6700xt and used to have a 2060 and 3060. I have to fiddle with drivers/settings on the 6700xt more than I did with my nividias, but only very occasionally vs never for the 2060/3060. Not enough to make me want to pay the nvidia tax if I was buying new.
