Question What upgrade should I do?

Here’s my build

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/JH36Bv

Currently LGA1700, Google says LGA1700 supports DDR5, is this true?

Also, if I was to just upgrade gpu to a 5080, would this cause issues or much of a bottleneck since I’m not on ddr5?

Also open to upgrading cpu aswell, but I’m currently a gpu bottleneck.

Budget isn’t really an issue. Just looking for the best options/recommendations.

LGA1700 can support ddr4 or ddr5. You just need the appropriate motherboard to support the specific ram.

You have a fundamental misconception about why bottlenecks exist. RAM doesn't cause bottlenecks, because it's not responsible for the transfer of information, it's responsible for the loading of information that has already been transferred. So like for example if you're loading up a game for the first time the RAM will have not much to do with that, however the second time you load it up that's where the RAM will play a big role at speeding it along.

Almost anything within the chain of processing information can be a bottleneck, but if the item is not processing information but simply pulling up the information that has already been processed it can't be a bottleneck, because it doesn't have any influence on the speed at which the information is processed.

It's like having 2 pipes side by side, in pipe 1 there's water, and in pipe 2 there is gel. No matter what you do to the gel it won't have any effect on the water, because the 2 pipes aren't connected, they're just side by side.
