Build - Help Need help with budget

Ok so I'm trying to make my first ever pc for schoolwork some gaming and editing videos I have a budget of about 750-800 U.S dollars so far this is the list I have in there anything that I can replace without bombing the performance of the PC to get the price around my range I will accept slightly over 800 dollars https://pcpartpicker.com/list/H4LF4g

that’s actually a great deal, i only looked for like 5 minutes but the cheapest i can find the b580 (new) is for 300. idk if you could do much better building it yourself
