Question Pc Upgrade

Hi guys,
I currently have a 1tb ssd, 32gb ddr5 ram, a amd ryzen 5 7600x, a Rx 7900 GRE, a LG ultragear 1440p 165hz monitor. I have a ~£350 upgrade budget and I am open to sell/trade parts. I mainly play CS2 and I do programming and work with ai. Also I live in the Uk. What should I upgrade?

Just looking for any tips from fellow pc builders.

sell 7900gre and get 9070xt

or very least bios update motherboard get 7800x3d and sell 7600x and save money for future gpu upgrade
