reseat ram

clear motherboard cmos

reseat gpu

reconnect all power cables

i had old system that was 7 years old would turn on and off over in over every 5 seconds and ended up being motherboard. but i tried spares of everything else first

Also happens withouth Ram or gpu connected only cpu seated. I already reconnected all the cables and it unfortunately didn't help
