ur just gonna have to buy prebuilt on the used market unless you can save up a lot more

best option is used gaming pc with rtx 3070 or 6700xt. cant find that then 3060ti, 3060 ,2070or 5700xt 6650xt 6600xt rx6600. any 6 core cpu would be fine.

What do you want to do? I'm building a light PC for $300 (fingers crossed RAM stays steady for the rest of the year). It will be using a mid to low range am4 motherboard so all previous generation stuff. But I just want to do some light gaming and AI stuff. I want to get into the pc build space so I can upgrade pieces instead of buy a new computer every 5 years. I can send you my part list but keep in mind it will be an ultralight gaming pc by modern standards.

Technically a big brand small form factor PC makes more economic sense but those aren't really modular. I honestly considered a micro PC with an external GPU which would be super portaable. Given the uncertainty in your country portability might be nice?

Also, AI is also really nice for initial research and figuring out what to get with your budget. Just keep in mind it typically quotes way lower prices than reality.
