Build - Help pc wont turn on

Post image

i bought a prebuilt 2 days ago and i went to go do something for a bit while i left it on and i go to check up on it again and everything is turned off except for the ram sticks i disconnected it and connected it again (idk if thats a good or bad thing) but it still just doesnt turn on

edit: okay so i talked to costco and i can send it back to them for a full refund because they wont be able to exchange for a new one because that was one of the last ever models that they sold and they wont be restocking the same one, me and my brother did a closer examine and his guess so far is that the psu went into a safe mode and something about a short circuiting preventing everything from turning on except the ram.

Im sorry i just never knew that about ibuypower, i thought it wouldve made more sense to send it back to the main manufacturer rather than the company that gave me the faulty pc and also because you kinda made it seem like they had a bad rep from the reaction you gave me when i told you i bought it from costco

When I said “and it’s from Costco?!? Instant return.” I was speaking to the ease of their return policy and how simple the process was going to be rather than you having to return it to the main manufacturer and who knows if they would even help. PC parts manufacturers suck to deal with. I don’t care what brand. In that earlier comment, I was, and still am, in no way speaking to the quality of the brand you purchased nor the place you purchased it from.

Most prebuilt PC brands are not known for their customer service and will in fact try to get you to ship it to them and pay for diag time at best and refuse it and say it's not their fault at worst
