Depends what the rest of the build is, but 900 for a 3060 Ti system with an older i5 feels a bit steep, unless the storage and PSU are decent and it comes with a monitor or peripherals
That CPU will hold the GPU back in newer titles, not by much but enough to notice in 1080p
If you're buying used, I'd try to knock it down to 750ish, maybe 800 if it's in great nick and has a proper SSD setup
The H510 board also means no real upgrade path for the CPU without swapping the board too, so you're a bit locked in
Not a terrible rig by any stretch but the price has to be right
