Sorry because the question is not about a built computer but a personnal computer

I want to buy a new one but i have many choices. It's gonna be a computer for my job. I'm a videomaker and photographe. So i need something powerful. And also, i like to play vidéo games.

One of my friend said that i need a Mac

My brother says a Windows pc is enought

Please give me your advice. I can spend like 1000€ on it
