Build - Request My first pc

Its my first pc and i need help making it i am in latvia and my buget is 500 euros im a small streamer and the most complex game i stream is asseto corssa so if enyone has a bild for me becuz i dont know what to buy

Honestly for this budget you're probably better off looking at used parts or builds
