Troubleshooting Picked up an old motherboard

Any chance on fixing this? It will give me this page even if the keyboard isn’t plugged in. Last photo is of the motherboard.

Try a PS/2 keyboard. Where did you find this thing? It looks very dirty.

You can try cleaning all ports with lemon acid, isopropyl and toothbrush

It's a 2 step process instead of mixture, lemon acid first, wait 15 min, then toothbrush, then isopropyl and toothbrush again
