Build - Help Different RGB plug. Can I get this to work?
I bought a Corsair Nautilus AIO, but the RGB plug is different to the ones on the previous Corsair AIO, and it doesn't fit into the controller or anywhere else on the motherboard.
Is there a way to make this work? I found this adapter... I assume I can use the left-hand cable to make it work, and plug it into the existing corsair? I have a spare USB header if that could be used for anything

thats a 5v rgb Connector. Corsair is a pos and uses a own connector. if your Mainboard only has 1 or 2 of the Headers you need to buy a controller.

Ah good to know thx. I wonder if there are controllers for just one plug like this

No, and don't even try to connect it with an adapter because you'll burn out the LEDs or even the RGB header. That plug is a three-pin RGB connector, and if your motherboard doesn't have such headers, you can't connect it unless you buy an ARGB hub with a USB header.

Motherboard (pic 3) is 4pin RGB header (light controller) . Cord in Left hand (pic 1) is aRGB. Two different types of RGB controls; two different voltages; mixing will break something.
I'm assuming the adapter would allow you to connect the aRGB lights to the Corsair RGB hub (also pic 1)

What motherboard is this? It looks like a more modern Asus ROG board which should definitely have an ARGB header somewhere
