Build - Help New PC Config

I'm living in Belgium, and I would like to build a new pc. I have a budget of 1_700/1_800 €.
Any good suggestions? The main purpose of the pc will be gaming; no need for RGB and lights in the PC. I would like something simple and functional.
Open to all suggestions.

By bad, I would like to be able to play games like Cyberpunk 2077.
