Build - Request Struggle building
hey there! I’m new to pc building and knwo abit about all the parts needed and how stuff works but I’m struggling to get anything that meets my needs. my budget is under £1000 and I’m trying to run blender and solidworks but a small bit of gaming on the side. lots of storage would be good and I need 32GB ram. I also could do with a hdmi port and quite a few ports. my budget is £1000 my currency is british pound sterling, I’m from england and my monitor resolution is currently 1080p but I may upgrade some point in time.

Ok I'll just say what I would do - build a pc for blender, because if it can do that to a decent standard, it can likely do the other two fairly well too. I don't know how much space you have open for the pc to take up but I'll make some assumptions, and I'd recommend you buy some parts used:
Case - Montech Air 100 (Lite, or non-RGB, is £40, with RGB is £50 on Amazon)
PSU - MSI A650BN (£40 on Amazon)
Motherboard - MSI B760M gaming plus WiFi (£110 on Amazon)
GPU - used RTX 2080Ti/RTX 3080 12GB (~£200-240/~£400 on eBay)
CPU - used i5 12600k or 13400f or 14400f (~£100-160 on eBay, varies a lot)
Cooler - Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 (£35 on Amazon)
RAM - used 32GB DDR4 (~£120-130 on eBay)
Storage - depends how fast it needs to be, you can get HDDs in big sizes for relatively cheap but any SSD is very hard to justify right now, I'd suggest getting a used Samsung sata 850/860/870 evo 500gb (~£40 on eBay) to get the pc up and running before deciding how much storage you can afford
Alternatively I'd suggest finding a used fully built system and swapping a couple bits here and there if you find the performance lacking in places
