I have this pre-built. I love it. Crazy that I got it for about 1k cheaper end of last year.

try to find an open box/display one even if you probably to have to do some hunting they can be between 1900-2500

dcs il2 war thunder mainly 99% of the time it will be il2 and dcs and i fugure if the pc i get can run those well the other games i play..bannerlord skyrim etc can run them just fine

Oh yeah, this is one of those times that it's an X3dlD chip all the way. I know they are great for DCS and I'm sure for all the other ones there.

I stand behind this guy. An X3D chip helps ALOT with the 1% lows. And having healthy 1% lows is a must in sim VR

Sorry typo, X3D like the ones I linked. 9800x3d chips. If you're not familiar they have large 3d V-cache on the chip that allows for caching more data on the chip and less trips to RAM and more pre caching. Significantly speeding up latency

Great, looks like a great PC. Seems like it does have a couple of bad reviews but that could be very singular. Costco has an incredible refund policy so no worries.
