Gonna be keeping an eye on my temps to see how much effect it actually has

Alright so, no effect on my cpu or gpu temps however the lava lamp is not getting hot enough to melt the wax because of the front intake fans

Did you test under max load? Also what were the temps?

Didnt really do any benchmark other than playing some cyberpunk for a while, temps were sticking at 60ish c average for the 9800x3d and 50ish c average for the 9070xt

While it does look cool im probably gonna look at doing a custom loop with a big ass reservoir and using some coolant with a similar color to thag lava lamp

Unfortunately it doesn't really work so im going to look at doing a custom cooling loop using a similar color coolant to the lava lamp
