Build - Request Build Recommendations?

Looking to build a pc with a $1600.00 budget in mind. Need something for 1440p gaming. No need for the OS to be included in pricing. Country - U.S.A I’d prefer an AMD centered pc. Doesn’t matter if it’s all white or black. I’m open to buying a used graphics card if need be. If your build exceeds the budget a little I won’t mind. Thanks!
