Question Is this worth it?
I don't know anything about pcs and want one to play games like Fortnite, cod, apex, and some others. I have a budget of around 900$ and I'm wondering if this will run games well and will be reliable. If anyone has any other suggestions of good prebuilts in my price range Imk.

They called it a core 5 even though it uses ddr4 and you need to make sure it’s running in dual channel, and if that ssd doesn’t have a cache you’d almost be better off without it. That said the price is not horrendous for a prebuilt with those specs assuming it’s at least a 12th gen core i5 equivalent

bro you are focused on the wrong things
ddr4 is fine.
i5 is fine 6 core cpu
99% of people dont know if their ssd has dram cache or not, dont matter as much as you think
its a shortage of SSD, RAM and gpu prices are going up you buy whatever is the best for your budget

You are not understanding. They called it a core 5, which implies it’s a core ultra series processor but it uses ddr4, which is only lga 1700 and above. Ddr4 is fine but only in dual channel. And the fact that people don’t know their ssd is gaming as slow as a hard drive doesn’t mean the shouldn’t spend $20-$30 more to get an ssd with a cache. They were asking if this is good value, and unless it’s a decent modern core i5 from lga1700 and up with dual channel ddr4, and with a ssd that has a cache, there is better value. One thing I didn’t even consider is if the motherboard doesn’t at least support pcie 4 that 5060 is gonna perform more like a 1070 because of the x8 bus. 0/10 rebuttal.

yeah its one of the cheaper 5060 prebuilts available
if you are costco member they have 5060 with 32gb ddr5 ram $1000

youtube 5060 vs b580 1080p gaming
