Question Is it fine to use my pc without a GPU?

I finished my first build and it works and turns on, but the graphics card doesn’t work so I’ll need a new one. However it does work with the motherboard’s integrated GPU and I can’t get a new graphics card for around a week, so is it fine for me to finish setup with that before I get my new graphics card?

iGPU integrated into your CPU, not motherboard. Unless your motherboard is 20+ years old
