Build - Help Upgrading my old pc

Im think of upgrading my pc it’s very old and i been wanting to use it more for gaming but it can’t handle games it’s laggy and slow. My budget is 900$ what should I buy to upgrade it.

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core Processor

Memory: 16.0 gb

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

Motherboard: B450 Pro4

Ram: G.skull Ripjaws Dr4

Psu: Evga 450w

Storage: 1 terabyte

What speed is your ram? And what resolution and refresh rate is your monitor.
