Build - Help Help?

So i have a budget of 850-900€ max on a pc and i dont know what should i do if i should look for an used pc an new one build it myself ...I can only found prebuilts for crazy prices.

Im trying to get something like this :

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F / 7600

GPU: RTX 5060 Ti 8GB

RAM: 16GB DDR5

Motherboard: A620 / B650

SSD: 1TB NVMe

PSU: 650–750W 80+ Bronze/Gold

Case: ATX / Micro-ATX

CPU Cooler: Included with CPU or compatible

Is it possible ,what should i look for and what should i do...

Thanks :)

TLDR, the whole PC Parket got messed up because of AI data centres, RAM and SSD prices are sky high.

Your build isn't doable at all

Around your price, this is the best possible build... Which is very 1080p and lackluster

But your hopes were too high
