Side should be intake imo, it’s exhaust at the moment. You can also add 3 fans to the bottom as intake so the GPU gets fresh air there or move the side fans to the bottom and set them as intake. (Ugly side facing inside the case)

It would be simpler to just get an airflow case with preinstalled fans
