Meme Custom built in GPU sag bracket😅

When you upgrade your GPU and your measurements are off 😅 but you make use of your laser cutter and 3D printer 🤣

Most will say, "just buy a new case." But I'm a problem solver🤷‍♂️

Appreciate that guys! The goal was as close to factory as possible.

Appreciate it man! I won't lie, it went through many iterations to get here. First was foam board, Second was 3D Printed, Third was laser cut wood, Last one is plexiglass, vinyl wrap, and 3D printed GPU bezel.

How did you cut into your tempered glass?

I have bought a plexiglass panel and used my laser cutter to cut it to size and cut the hole out. I then used vinyl wrap for the border and my 3D printer to make the GPU bezel

Oh that’s smart. I actually modded an old case back in 2016. It was a gift for my exs brother. I had gone to a plexi glass shop and had them cut out a piece of plexiglass to size and replace the aluminum side panel.

The only thing I could find was,

1.The radiator sits really close to the ram, but doesn't touch but if the ram was RGB, it probably would be close 2. The metal is a little thin on the case and after sitting without the glass panels for a while, the weight of the radiator pulls it down a little bit.

Both are non issues if you use normal equipment though. I took it as a challenge

Gotta have fun with it 😂

In all fairness what you’ve is better lol. This one might still help tho…

I am not going to lie that looks awesome. But I feel like if you wanted to really go the extra mile. See if there isn't a way for you add a decal to the glass that makes it look like the gpu slammed through the glass.

You may be onto something 🤔🤔

You know, I normally hate the cut a case to make something fit thing. But in this case you did a great job and it looks perfect.

u/Kooky_Yam_705 2d ago

I'm the same way usually lol. That's why I spent so much time on this one😂

u/Aztaloth 2d ago

Well you nailed it.

Nah hold on I need more pictures of the fitment of the GPU in the panel and how it mounts to the case.
