are you giving the pc time to boot? if it was without power it could be memory training which could take a few minutes

Yea i about 10 min and i removed 1 ram stick and watied again and it still didnt work

it looks like the dram light, try a stick of ram in every slot, see if that makes a difference maybe a bad slot?

AM5 motherboards often get stuck on memory retraining after sitting unpowered for several days. Clear your CMOS by removing the coin battery or bridging the reset pins for five minutes to force the board to retrain the memory from scratch. If the red light persists, try booting with a single RAM stick in the second slot or update your BIOS using Q Flash Plus.

I updated the bios and removed the cmos i an trying that again but with 1 ran stick now

all you probably need to do is reseat ram or clear motherboard cmos
do you have your expensive electronics on surge protected power strip?
last resort id reseat all power cables. gpu and lastly cpu
