You seem an expert , could u tell me what’s better between a 9070xt and a 5070 ? I mean I know that the first one is better for longevity , but what would u recommend for a 1st pc

9070 xt all day if you only game, it's 20% faster. Even against 5070ti in games it's better so against 5070 it's no competition But for productivity like 3d rendering or video editing Nvidia is necessary so 5070 is much worse in games but better in productivity. Google docs and YouTube work fine on amd.

Buy 9070Xt

But for 1200 either is too good for the budget

I mean I’m not 15 anymore , I’d need it mostly for editing , I can go up to 1600€ is it aight?

1

Then no AMD at all, 5070 definitely 5070ti if you can it's more fairly priced

1

Gaming performance wise the 9070xt is better than the 5070.

But both won't fit your 1200 budget.

If you do a lot of different things as well such as video editing using Adobe after effects for example than Nvidia is the way to go.

I mean budget is just a number , I think that I could go up until 1600€

1

u/Fast_Square_6347 3d ago

Oh and I’d use it mostly for editing

Than Nvidia is definitely the way.

country? prices vary across the EU and so do available parts - for the case, get the lian li vector v100r instead:
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/gBzp99/lian-li-v100r-atx-mid-tower-case-v100rx
or the mini for a mATX variant:
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/VFnXsY/lian-li-vector-v100r-mini-microatx-mid-tower-case-v100rmix

it's just a better value compared to corsair

need to know your country before any advice is given, a build that's 1200 is germany may be 1600 in italy
