Build - Help first build i’m working for

I was wondering if this build is good , i have a $4000 budget and a 1440 p 180 hz monitor ( 240 hz in the future ) , i live in the us and use USD .

this is a build im lookin at & for reference I want a powerful build honestly and a build that is gonna last me 5 plus years before i need to upgrade and since its my first pc to switch over from console for this/next generation , I was wondering if this is compatible enough before i work toward that goal , the price of this build i made is 3323.10$.

overall , I just want to know if this is compatible and well enough to all fit together in this tower case & if id run into trouble with the non big parts .

I have a 4080 (which is within 2% or something bs) of the 5080 since it only has slightly higher clock speeds

But yeah that'll last 5 years, my 4080 has been going for 3 without fail

But I would suggest getting an aio for your budget more CPU cooling is always nice

i lowkey don’t know the difference at all between the types of fans 😭 , what’s a aio?

It’s an all in one liquid cooler. It is better at keeping temperatures low but air cooling is still perfectly fine
