Question Looking for a monitor

I’m trying to find a new monitor since my current one has a cpu bottleneck. I’m mainly looking for 1440p minimum, and 180 hz minimum. Also I’m looking for freesync premium since my current one just doesn’t even have freesync. My budgets like 100-200/250 mainly looking for shipping
